The EC4B Design Team provided permit and construction documents for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Systems for the residential, 6-story Riverview Lofts, formerly known as The Davie Building.
The HVAC system design included a core package (common spaces, lobbies, and corridors), using make-up air units and the existing boiler and radiation system infrastructure. Plumbing and Fire Protection design included domestic hot and cold water, sanitary drainage, and wet-type sprinkler systems. Electrical design included individual tenant metering and fire alarm system design.
