Engineering services designed for this facility included: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
HVAC System Design consisted of a water source heat pump loop and central exhaust of the entire facility. The Plumbing and Fire Protection Design included a single stack type sanitary system and electric fire pump. Electrical Design included individual tenant metering, building and parking facility security, state of the art fire alarm and networking system, interior and exterior lighting.
