D. Bruce Keeley,PE is an Officer/Partner at EC4B Engineering, PC with over thirty-two (32) years of HVAC and MEP system design and project management experience for institutional, municipal, educational, commercial and industrial facilities. Bruce possesses a thorough comprehension of industry standards, applicable codes, and technical criteria. He is well known for innovative and cost effective design and for being a visionary in his field. He has a broad breadth of experience and has performed work in over 25 states. This exposure serves to strengthen his ability to provide new and unique solutions to the clients of EC4B. Bruce specializes in the Commercial, Residential and Energy Conservation areas.

William A. Murray, Jr.

Partner/Lead Mechanical Engineer, PE

Mr. William Murray, Jr., PE has over twenty-five (25) years’ experience in consulting engineering and design work as an HVAC and mechanical systems project manager, engineer, designer, and technical professional. His Mechanical design experience includes HVAC in new construction and renovation projects, as well as cost estimating and equipment specifications. For most of his career, Mr. Murray’s work has been focused on energy and sustainable design including several cogeneration plants, alternative energy fuels, fuel cells, and energy and carbon footprint reduction strategies.

Partner/Lead Electrical Engineer, PE

Mr. Eric Strassner, PE is an Officer/Partner at EC4B Engineering, PC. Mr. Strassner has over twenty three (23) years of experience in consulting engineering design work as an Electrical Engineer. Eric is familiar with the organization and structure necessary to assemble accurate and detailed engineering plans and specifications for various commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Eric demonstrates efficiency, accuracy, and detail-oriented skills. He has developed strong written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to train and teach design personnel various aspects of electrical engineering. Mr. Strassner performs electrical engineering, electrical design and field studies, including engineering, and feasibility studies. Mr. Strassner has significant experience in the design of power distribution systems, stand-by and emergency generation systems, grounding, fire alarm, lighting, public address, nurse call, CATV, security and plant voice/data cabling systems.
