Project Overview

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design engineering services. Design basis utilized high-efficiency VRF heating and cooling system for the facility. Areas were designed to a noise level criteria below NC-20.

Fire Protection design includes a complete sprinkler system designed in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards and the Building and Fire Code of New York State.
